Agenda showing Paths including evaluation form

 There is a fairly new club  Naviators Club #05430707 (toastmastersclubs.org)  that likes the idea of having the Path and evaluation form on the agenda which we have in our club at US Geological Survey, but I do not remember how it was set up. Is there something in Settings? Can you guide me to assist them?

As long as the role is set up as a speech as per the documentation ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda )
the Project Description and Evaluation Forms you're referring to will show as soon as the speaker selects (and saves) their Path/Project

That is what I thought but it doesn’t show up. My guess it’s that they are copying an old Agenda therefore they might have to create a new Agenda for it to be available?

The 5 July agenda doesn't have any of the speaker roles set up as "this is a speech"

I see Speaker 1 - 3 starting at 5:09 PM? Okay I will need to ask their Webmaster to check off the box this is a speech since I can't edit or view it.
