Sending Agenda to Club Members

How does one send the agenda to be completed to club members.  Where does one get the member emails and url for the agenda.  From the roster, I have the emails.  Do  I simply use an email and paste the email addresses with the url for the agenda for people to select roles etc.  Or is there another agenda to be sent?   Thanks
