Unable click on "Reconcile" box

Hello,

I am unable to click on the "Reconcile" box when updating our club meeting role assignments for each meeting to reflect what actually happened. This is happening with all the clubs I belong to and am serving as an officer. Club #s are below in my signature.

I use to in all my clubs but have not been able to for over a month. I log in using the Admin. username and password. I have cleared out the cookies and still have the same issue.

Other officers have had to click on the reconcile box so that the past agendas show up as "r" when reconciled. 

Your assistance in troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated.
