Member keeps getting moved to former members

I have access to move him back to member status. We are trying to figure out why and how James keeps getting moved to former member status when he isn't even opening or touching FTH emails? It seems that whenever an email goes out from the site to members of the club, he gets moved, even though he has not opened or clicked on the email. He is the VPE and has to contact me to move him back every time he tries to access the site.

I am the member the JediMasterOnnie was talking about and I can confirm that I have not clicked on any link in any email stating that I am not a member. Every time that I have gotten an email from FTH, I have gotten a follow up email stating that I clicked the link to remove myself and to click the second link to verify. Before I would get the chance to see these emails, the links were clicked and I was no longer in the active member category.

However, I believe I may have found the culprit. I need to test but my email has an anti-BEC protection that I think may be clicking all links found in emails that come in to verify if they are malicious links or not... if that's the case, it may explain why the link is getting pressed. I don't however, know why it would only have started doing this recently as I've been using the software for over a year... 

I will return and report if I find this is the source of the problem.
