How to enable attendance option in Agendas?

I would like to know how to enable the "Are you planning to attend this meeting?" in our Agendas.  This shows up for other clubs, but not in our agendas.  How can I enable this feature?

I have now learned to add the requested information to my profile.  And Pam has magically provided the answer that I could not find.  I was always logged in as admin.  It now works.  Thanks to both Steve & Pam.

Are you logged in as a member when observing this?  
The attendance question only shows when you're logged in as a member, it isn't applicable to the Site Admin.   The same applies to signing up for meeting roles.
You could close this  request as the answer is in the other one.
