Hello,
On April 25, some members of Old Capitol Toastmasters #164 began receiving the following message:
A "Not a Member" link was clicked in an email to request that (member's name appeared here) be moved to Former Member status in the website for club 164, Old Capitol Toastmasters.
If you clicked that link, then please also click the following link to confirm that your status should really be changed to Former Member status in the website:
164.toastmastersclubs.org/?action=NotAMe...0&_=xE7a&confirmed=Y
If you did not click that link, then please just ignore or delete this email.
(You may also want to discuss disabling the "Not a Member" links with your club website admin or discourage your members from forwarding emails.)
Note that this only affects your status in the club 164 website. It does *not* affect your status with Toastmasters International--that is separate and different.
I went into our club website at
164.toastmastersclubs.org/
and found four of our members (one of whom is me) had been moved to the former member list. None of us had logged into the website at all or changed anything. We are all members in good standing, so I moved them back to the current member list, yet some of us continue to receive these messages. I received one this morning (May 1).
We have had the same website for many years and have experienced no problems until now. I don't see a way to solve this. Would appreciate your help!
Thanks
