One member not receiving emails from the list

Yeah, it is likely that Jeff cannot send any emails to the FTH email address if his company is blocking the FTH server.

Have a different member try to send to the list and see what happens.  You also may want to have Jeff try to send from a different email address, like a free email address (not a company email address) like gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc.
