Need to remove incorrect member email address

Greetings,
We have a relatively new member who must have originally been added to FTH with this email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
That email is no longer valid.
We've updated her in the system with her new email: mercy.njenga@duke.edu
When we write to the "members" list, for some reason FTH tries to send to the old email and the email bounces.
I can't find anywhere to remove the invalid email.

1) your club contact email on the toastmasters.org site is wrong, officers-9097@toastmastersclubs.org can only be email to by club members. Please look into the contact email address.

2) what email address are you sending to?

3) that member has that email address as their secondary email address in their profile.

Hi Brian,
1) Interesting! All 3 of my clubs use that "officers" email on toastmasters.org. I never knew that it wouldn't work. What contact email does Toastmasters recommend instead? Would one of the officer emails work, such as vpm-9097@toastmastersclubs.org?    Obviously, we don't want to put anyone's personal email address.

2) We've sent the notes to  members-9097@toastmastersclubs.org ,    and  officers-9097@toastmastersclubs.org     and that's when the notes seem to go to that invalid email of Mercy's.

3) I can have Mercy remove that invalid email address from her profile. Do you think that will fix the issue?

For future reference, as Admin how do I edit someone's profile, assuming they've checked the box to allow the admin to do do?

1) If you read the documentation you would know that members-nnnn and officers-nnn can only be emailed to by club members.
Use the contact-nnnnn email address, look in the documentation on how to setup that up to 3 officers get them emails.

2) the site admin or Mercy can remove the bad email address.
Read the documentation on how to edit a members email address.
