how to get spreadsheet based report of roles performed without pending roles

If I had a spreadsheet report on complted roles with one number per cell, I could create very useful reports.  Since the current spreadsheet report shows ("completed roles / future roles") in the same cell, it is difficult to summarize the data further.  Would you please change the report or create separate reports for completed and future roles?

Brian, thank you for your response.

When you say, "Use the date select in the pull request", I think you mean one of the date options.
To create the report, I use the "head & shoulders" "Meeting Reports Icon"
I select:
Report Type as> "Meeting Role Tally (xlsx)"
Report for: "All"
Select Start Date:  I have used "Current TM Year July/1"  or "Select Start Date".  I think this option is what you mean whey you say, "Use the date select in the pull request".   No date choice seems to change the report format.
The spreadsheet cells with data content are in the format of: "1/0", 2/0, "1/1".  The legend key says: "Completed roles / future roles".

What I am looking for is cells with a single number so I can apply formulas and pivot tables to to the content.  I would much prefer separate columns for completed role and future roles.  Please help if you can.

use the text to columns excel tool to split the column.

If you want the reports changed put in a suggestion.

Brian, Thanks for the excellent suggestion regarding splitting the columns containing two numbers "completed / future roles".  I will give it a try.

I also would like to take your advice on submitting a suggestion, but don't see where.
Please point me to where to submit our suggestion.

Our purpose on putting separate numbers in separate columns is to more easily use your reports to score our members on their club contributions similar to the Toastmaster DCP program that rates clubs.  If we reward those that have done the most for the club in terms of roles performed, we think we can encourage participation and contribution.  This ability of FTH would encourage even more clubs to make more valuable use of the FTH reports.

We are grateful for your advice.

I have tried the spreadsheet Data "Text to columns tool" in both Excel and Google sheets.  The tool is very useful, but both spreadsheets require the user to process one column at a time.  Since there are 18 columns in my report, it would takes some time.

I now see the option to submit suggestions and will do so.
Thanks, again.
