club's agenda role sign-ups not functioning properly

Club #650660,    www.prospeakerclub.com  .  Club’s FTH agenda on the members’ side for first Thursday of the month meeting role sign-ups, is randomly removing members from roles and is also sometimes, apparently, not “taking” or holding a role sign-up despite showing the person that they have signed up.  Additionally, from the edit button for first Thursday agendas, sometimes a drop-down menu of members’ names to select among for a role is entirely missing despite being selected that it is a role for which members can sign up.  Sometimes, from the agenda edit mode, when I select a member to fill one role, it auto-fills the member for an additional role that I did not sign them up for.  We do not seem to be having these challenges for our third Thursday agendas; just the first Thursday meetings' agenda.  This has occurred for the past 3 first Thursday meeting agendas. You have multiple roles with the same title - the system is trying to match them up.

You have the added complication of multiple evaluators per speech
Try using Evaluator Visual #1 2-3min
Evaluator Vocal #1 2-3min
Evaluator Visual #2 2-3min
Evaluator Vocal #2 2-3min
etc.  Also Speaker #1, Speaker #2....  That will make your reports much more manageable too.
Your easiest way to do this will be to fix the template, delete future agendas (after saving out your forward planner if required), then re-create them from the good template

Thank you, Pam, for your wonderful help!  I appreciated your detailed response, link to the document explaining editing agendas, and, especially, the examples.  Last night I created a new template using your recommendations, deleted those that were already up and then replaced them with the fresh template.  With appreciation of your time, effort, and expertise - Sandra
