Meeting agenda email to Guests and Former Members

I am a VP of Membership and before every meeting, I invite our guests and former members to the meeting. I like to email them from the agenda page. Currently the agenda can only sent to members and officers and role holders.

if I am able to email guests and former members with agenda attached from agenda page, it will greatly increase my productivity.

 

The agenda can only be emailed to members of the club as they have signed the Toastmasters membership form.

It is a feature request to allow an agenda to be sent to other distribution lists like guests, former members, friends and family etc. It's a good feature and need to include other lists.

It's very easy to forward the email YOU receive and you can use the distribution list(s) for the other groups who are not eligible to access the Member Only side of the website.

What you don't understand is because of privacy laws FTH will never send the agenda to non members.

The privacy laws to protect privacy of members who are on an agenda or  to to protect privacy of guests from receiving such an agenda? I am not trying to be difficult, my intent is to understand what exactly the privacy concerns are. The guests have given their consent to receive emails from the club and same agenda is distributed to members and guest at a toastmaster meeting. .
