All depends on the other users of Zscaler, that is why I want to know if your company always uses the same zscaler IP address.

I hope we weren't the cause for blocking CGI (28677217) and CapGemini. From our Winter Officer Training - we recently implemented a tip - put links to the TM Meeting Role scripts in the agenda making it easy for people to sign up and execute well. The links currently point to our internal corporate MS Teams channel vs. the public Toastmasters URL. It was working fine from a user perspective but not sure what was happening behind the scenes. Is that OK or might that be why Zscaler acted up? Which is best practice on FTH - no links? public URLs only? or corporate links are fine too?

if you are using the FTH agenda, all the signup links are included in the agenda emails.

Best practice ....
Creste the agenda
assign Toastmaster and repeating roles ie. President and VP.Ed.
assign any pre-requested roles such as speakers, etc
Email out agenda to allow others to fill in open positions TTM, Timer, WOD, Grammarian etc
couple of days before review agenda and pull teth to fill in open roles.
Email/Print final agenda and have a funtastic meeting

the tools are there just every club has itsown special way.

One of our Capgemini members in Chicago still can't access the site. She must be using a different zscaler IP.

Can you see if 104.129.196.42:443 can be unblocked for her?

Unfortunately it did not. She did get confirmation that is her zscaler IP.
I think you found a couple places to fix mine earlier. Maybe hers is hiding elsewhere too?
