Agenda not saving in PDF and Hybrid Layout not printing with pictures

Hi, my name is Catherine, I'm the current President of the Coral Gables Club #1695. It has been a while that every time we try to save the agenda in PDF to share with members in Whatsapp the file is not saving in PDF but in a weird text format so it doesn't work. Several members have tried and the issue persists.

Also, when trying to save the agenda in pdf or when printing directly in the New Hybrid Layout it's not coming up with the pictures of the members. Before, we did not have this problem, when we used to save the agenda in pdf correctly the pictures will show up in the document as it shows online and we used to print them with the pictures.

Please check that you have items checked for being included at the bottom of the edit page, You'll have to check each item.
This has caught me a few times, too.

 

To include member photos - ensure that option is toggled to ON

Thank you!  I was able to figure out about the pictures!

So now the only issue, the agenda doesn’t save in PDF format. It saves in a document format my computer can’t open it. I don’t know how to attach a picture here.

I use print to PDF which takes 2 steps, but results in a PDF.   
Hopefully your computer & [printer interface] has that option.

FTH does not output PDF, that is your browser or your operating system. You need to check with your browser/ operating system provider or search Google. I found I liked the pdf from the operating system pdf printer because I could turn on print background coulours and images.

I used Chrome and it looks great.
