FreeToastHost Forum Registration issue

Hi there,

A fellow club member has tried to register to gain access to this forum but never received the verification email to complete the registration. He has tried logging in but receives an error message that he has been locked out or the registration is not complete. He has tried registering with two different email addresses and runs into the same problem each time. FYI - He has also checked his Junk and Spam folders for the email. 
Please help.

Without details there is not much we can do to followup.
Name and email addresses used would be the details that are missing.

The name is Joel Ringer. User name is JoelRinger. joelringer@gmail.com and joelinger@outlook.com were used.

joelringer@gmail.com has been deleted
Have them reregister and check their spam email for the autorization link.

When re-registering Joel does not receive the email with the activation link. Spam folder in Gmail checked.

When registering he does receive the green banner notice attached.

Also check 'All Mail'. This circumvents any obfuscation caused by categories and labels.
