eastottawa.org & 3656.toastmastersclubs.org not loading

Afternoon, 

We have been having issues with our FTH website 3656.toastmastersclubs.org (forwarded to eastottawa.org)
Some members have also had challenges when using club emails: members@ and officers@ 

Is there something we can do on our end?

This site can’t be reached
3656.toastmastersclubs.org took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

3656.toastmastersclubs.org/ and  www.eastottawa.org/ both responded in less than 5 second response time.

There was an issue with members@ and officers@, it has been corrected yesterday.

Brian, I have just tried again to get onto the site with no success.
Now, I am confused...

If you are using a VPN or Proxy turn it off

Not using either. Just cleared history, cache and rebooted. Still no success.

I haven't changed any settings recently... yet knowing that you had spoken to one of our other members, I thought they may be connected.
