Club:  Key West Toastmasters, 6298
I entered a new member this afternoon and realized that I entered her email incorrectly.  I cannot change it.  When I change it, I save and it goes back to the incorrect one.  There is no way to delete her and start over but I've tried moving her to former member or prospective member or some of those choices and it says that I must select a person.  There is a check beside her name.
Basically....I just can't do anything which means she'll never get the email to approve and never get to be active on our website agendas.
Suggestions....

The email changes just fine(I just tested), highlight the bad email hit delete, and type in the new email and click save.
Then select her and resend the opt-in email

I did that multiple times before I gave up. I delete the old email, enter the new correct one, hit save and it goes back to original one. I've tried deleting her so I could start over but you can't delete, only move to another group. I wanted to try that and it says I have to select a member. I have. There is a check in front of her name. I'll try the process again this morning.

I just did it again. I totally closed out FTH and even restarted my computer to get rid of anything. Again, I went to her name, which has a line through it, deleted the incorrect email and entered the correct one. As soon as I click out of it, it changes it back to the incorrect one.
I tried entering her as a new member again and it tells me I can't because there is someone there with that name already. I tried entering her with just a first initial and last name and it says there's error....someone already there.
Is there a way you can remove her from your end and I"ll re-enter her?

You can delete her using the member tools pulldown.
Beofore you do that clear your browser cache, I think you have changed it but your browser is showing you the old address.
