FTH changing its domain

Hello fellow toastmasters, 

I keep getting this meesage when I'm loggin into my club site. I am unsure what is causing it. It says that it is changjng alias or domain into my personal email address which I'm using to log in into the sute.

 
Please help me fix it. I've attched the message.

What did you do before you got that message?
You only get that message if you change the site domain or alias.
