I can no longer access either of my club websites.  My internet provider is Ezee Fiber.  Club number 8937 and 6918.

What do I tell my internet provider?  Also I never had this issue with my old internet service provider.  What exactly did I do if anything regarding the bot abuse.  If you really are supporting us at least tell us what we need to do to get things working again.  I can access the websites using cellular but not wifi.

It is your specific IP what have you been doing from that IP address that would make the server think you are a bot

  • Can you tell me which bot-protection system or web application firewall you're using? (For example, Cloudflare, ModSecurity, Imunify360, etc.)
  • Can you tell me exactly why 139.94.73.112 was classified as bot abuse? Was it:
    • Too many requests?
    • A bad IP reputation score?
    • A specific firewall rule?
    • Something else?
Could you also please provide the timestamp and firewall or bot-protection log entry for one of my failed connection attempts from IP address 139.94.73.112? I'd like to understand exactly what rule is being triggered."
