If a meeting takes place on July 1st at 1 PM, you currently cannot mark the agenda as reconciled until July 2nd. We should be allowed to mark the agenda as reconciled as soon as the meeting is over (e.g. July 1st @ 2 PM). It is quite annoying that we cannot mark it as reconciled immediately after the meeting is over and it results in us forgetting to do so sometimes.

I can understand the timezone difficulty. It'd be fine if you just enable the reconciliation checkbox on the same day of the meeting (just subtract a day before you do the date comparison).

I could imagine a use case where someone reconciles an agenda even before the meeting begins - i.e. right before the meeting begins, they fill any empty roles and replace anyone who isn't there (and update the website agenda), then start the meeting. So I take back the part how agendas should be allowed to be reconciled after the meeting. They should be allowed to be reconciled even slightly before the meeting begins.

I think you all are getting a bit confused between doing the actual reconciling, which is just an update and save operation to reflect actual people who did roles, and the marking of a reconciled agenda. You can do the former *anytime*. It is just the marking bit that cannot be done until the next day.

Lets not get everything conflated.

True. Though in reality it's best to check off Reconciled when you do the reconciliation.
