a new member was added (not by me) a few months ago....since she never signed in it looks like she was removed from the local website.....How to I add her and how do I help her to sign in?

Since you didn't tell your club number and at least a first name for "she", we haven't any where to start in helping you.

You will need to readd the new member, make sure the email address is correct.
Once added you will need to contact Sue to make sure she clicks the Accept link in the email she will receive.

Your site admin has to do this, or who they have delegated.
If the site admin is no longer with the club then follow these instructions.

Dawn, I see that you are the club website admin... Welcome aboard!

As the website admin, we need you to be our "partner" in ensure that your club is getting the most value out of FreeToastHost. That includes telling us what we are doing well and where we can be doing better. Please remember that we are also all Toastmasters members here and volunteers supporting FreeToastHost.

Most new admins go through a bit of a learning curve... that is normal. None of us typically join Toastmasters to learn about creating websites... we know that. In any case, we do need you to review our online documentation, Terms of Use, and Privacy policy, and learn as much as you can there. We certainly want clubs to get value from FreeToastHost, but because we are a limited number of "in the know" volunteers, we want admins to take responsibility to also learn as much as possible from our online docs and by reviewing other people's support posts.

In your case, you have asked about adding members to your website. However, that is covered in our online docs. Just look at the following one: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...ip-panel#add-members
