I have been trying to get an authentication email from Zoom to my treasurer's email so we can establish a zoom account for our club, and it never comes through. Treasurer's email seems to work properly if I send to it from somewhere else. Maybe this is being blocked at the server level? This is for club #1179206. I've double-checked everything on my gmail, don't see it in the spam folder or anything.

Zoom's troubleshooting guide suggests whitelisting some IPs. support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032...ive-emails-from-Zoom

Sorry but many clubs have blacklisted zoom, if you know the sending domain you can add it to your club whitelist. Or use a non FTH email address to get your authentication,

Thanks. I had to disable the crowdsourced blocklist, as zoom was in there, and add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., @zoom.us to the whitelist in the email security settings. I didn't realize we had control over that. I set SpamAssassin to the lowest score too, but not sure that was necessary, set that back to 5. I finally got the email.

You might want to consider taking that out of the global blocklist; most clubs I know use zoom if they're still meeting virtually.

You can always add to your whitelist as it takes preference.
Zoom also sends a lot of unwanted email once they have your email address.

You might want to consider taking that out of the global blocklist; most clubs I know use zoom if they're still meeting virtually.

The global blacklist is an automatic conglomeration (crowd source) of all individual club blacklists. It's not an independently editable list. The whitelist precedence that Brian mentioned is how each club can manage that.

Another option is to use the club's archive email for 3rd party services such as Zoom.
