Hi there,

I am club presdient for Civil Tongues Club #6222. My fellow club member, Mary Bell, cannot login into the club website. She has tried over and over again to do password resets and has been able to login to it. However, she tells me that when she tries to access the club meeting agendas, she gets instead some character riding a bicycle She also told me that when our club VPPR advised her to email the server *about the login/access problem, she said that she then received an email notice that the club number belonged to other clubs, which makes no sense to me. Since I have never heard of anyone else unable to reset his/her password, let alone get the bicycle icon when accessing the meeting agendas even after some attempts to do so and then unable to access the meeting agendas. 

I am not sure how to help her but hope that you could look into it and help us figure it out.

There are two issues here:
1 - Your member's name has not been entered as Mary on your club website, so if she is trying to access the site as Mary, she won't get to it - she'll have to use her email address.  If the name needs to be changed, that can be done by someone with Membership Management access, or by the member in her profile once she has logged in.

2 - she seems to have passed the opt-in phase, so she'll need to refer to steps 1-3 at the bottom of this documentation for login instructions:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/browsing-and-logging-in  Simply enter her email address in the top box (her name won't work until it is fixed) and leave the bottom one empty, then click authenticate....
