Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

2592, Maxim Maximov (Site Admin)
I am trying to reset my Admin Password for TMClubs.org (2592) site, but it shows an error and logs me out after I click Save button.
It also doesn't highlight or indicate what the error is in the form, So, I cannot correct the error. How we can solve it? See attachment.

It sends me reset key though. I tried 7 times and filed all 7 times during clicking Save button.
Please, help!

Have you tried clicking the reload link at the bottom of the site page?
What browser, version, and Operating system are you using?

The error is that you are logged out so that you cannot save. You may not have your cookies set correctly or if you have multiple tabs open or if someone else just logged in as the admin, this could cause you to get logged out. Only one person / browser / tab can be logged in as the admin at one time.
