Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club # 4813611 - I am the current VPE of W2W TM club. The option 'Mentor/Mentee Request Form' allows a member to request a mentor or it allows a member to volunteer as a mentor.
I would like to know whether mentors and mentees could use that same channel to ask a question or report a concern about the mentorship? If this sounds reasonable to you, it would be nice for mentors/mentees to have the possibility to do so in 'checking a box' saying something like: 'I have a question/concern regarding the mentorship'. Let me know what you think. Thanks! Isabelle

There is no "Channel" if they have a question that they don't want to ask their mentor, they should ask who ever is the Mentor Chair of the club. Usually the VP Ed, but can be delegated. All member email addresses are listed on your club website.
