Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Removal of Upload Member Photos Membership Tool

We are getting rid of the "Upload Member Photos" Membership Tool. This duplicate functionality exists in the Member Profile and we want to focus on supporting it since it can be used by both admins and members, and members can disable admin edits. The Membership Tool does not observe disabled admin edits which is not in the spirit of the current privacy climate.

I have hidden the option on the Membership Management Tools menu. I realize that this change may be upsetting to some of our users who find the tool to be convenient, but keep in mind that this is duplicate functionality.

Club #3941. Does this mean that a member is the only one that can upload their photo? The administrator can no longer take photos of members and upload them for them? Or how can this be done? Nina Chace, DTM

The admin (or anyone w/ Membership Management access) could still upload them by accessing the member's profile so long as the member has not disabled admin edits.
