Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I still can't add her or shift her from prospects list to member list.

I received this message at 11:19 AM; it is now 11:38 AM. Have checked our member list just before writing this. Still cannot add her as new member or move her from prospect list.

Please help. What do I need to do to get Jessica added? (BTW she is a multiple member.)

worked for me.

signed in as admin
went to member management
select prospects
selected jessica
from pull down selected move to member list
clicked save and ok.
All done and moved.

now what didn't work for you?

Boy! Do I feel flustered!

I did everything that you did, except clicking on SAVE. I guess I work with other programs too often that automatically accept changes without having to click on the SAVE button!

I apologize for not thinking thru each step!
