Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

One of our members joined after turning down emails from the club, then joined the next week. We now have no way of sending her the agenda, etc. Is there a way to resend the request for her consent?

Delete her from the guest list if need be, then add her to the members list. When you add her she should get another opt-in email. Pre-warn her to look for that and to click the accept link in it.

The name was already on the member list but has a line through it and it does not send her out another request for consent. We were unaware that we needed consent to put them on the guest list when it was sent our for consent. She now wants to give consent but can't. Help please.

Just use the membership tools to resend the opt-in from the members list. (look for Re-Send Opt-ins from the menu)
