Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Dropdowns in agendas don't work on Android system on my smartphone

They work fine on Windows on my laptop, but on my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy using Verizon's version of Android) and I am trying to assign roles on the agenda in edit mode, the dropdowns don't work. Am I the only one with this issue?

Please don't get me wrong -- With the original FTH, I recall the whole app was targeted strictly for Windows and Macintosh, and it was a happy accident when it worked at all on a mobile device. You've come a long way, and I'm grateful for the features that do work on smartphones.

Your are correct, the only part of the FTH site we said was mobile compatible is the basic website. As time goes on more of the site and applications will be mobile compatible.

This is why the Quick Role Sign-up tool was developed... as a work-around for the fact that we are not quite there yet for the agenda and some other parts of the system. ;) The Quick Role Sign-up is targeted for smaller screens and gives members the majority of the role sign-up functionality in a very compact space.

The underpinnings of the system were developed a number of years ago before response design was really the norm. I basically know what needs to be updated, it is just going to take some time to get it all done properly.
