Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Photos not always displaying correctly on agendas

One of our new members updated their profile using her phone and added a photo. Now when she signs up for a meeting role, the photo is sideways when I open the agenda on a windows computer (II use Firefox and also on Chrome). However when I open the agenda on my iPhone or iPad it displays correctly! See the screenshots below and check out the photo for Timer.

If you can edit their member profile, then just rotate the photo there.

This is a result of how phones store orientation info when you take a photo on a phone.

Thank You! I cannot find a way of accessing member profiles other than mine. Is that open to certain Club Officers? Signing in as Admin doesn't allow it either, unless I don't know what app to access.

View/edit the profile in the Membership Management module (click the button at right) when logged in as the Admin, and access the Bio/Photo tab.

As the website admin, we expect you to get familiar with getting around the website. (hint)
