Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

My name is Gary Roth, with the Manassas Community Toastmasters (club # 6585). We are encountering issues where there some members that are not receiving e-mails that are sent to all members through the meeting agenda tool, but they do receive e-mails when the members-6585@toastmastersclubs.org is used to send e-mails to the entire. I know club member William is at least one member that has experienced this issue. Our club web domain is manassas.toastmastersclubs.org/

Yahoo is accepting the emails. Have him check his spam box. Also have him add agenda@toastmastersclubs.org and server@toastmastersclubs.org to his yahoo contact list
