Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unable to use club site

Hi There,

I have applied several times for a Free Toast Host site for our new club; but every time I do. I get an email saying that either something is incorrect or that the site has already been approved. I have tried logging in, but do not see any site information.

Please let me know what would be the best way to go about this.

You need to add any custom site information

You should have received an email from the system with a link to get you logged in as the admin for the first time.
(Look in your spam folder, also.)

If you cannot find the link, just use the forget your password? link in the Admin Login Dialog to get another link emailed to you. You should be able to click the link and be logged in. Once you are logged in, go to the Admin Console and the Administrator Info tab to set the password you want.
