Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't find "launch admin console"

I'm the FTH administrator and was sent a link to change the admin password. When I clicked on the link, I was unable to find "launch admin console." Where do I find it?

Look in the Login box under the main menu.
The "Launch Admin Console" button shows up between the "Member Login" and "Logout as Site Admin" when the admin is logged in.

I'm not logged in as admin and can't because I forgot the password. Is the "launch Admin Console" button suppose to be visible to me? The link said, "Once in, click on "launch admin console", click on the "Administrator Info" tab, enter/change your password there, then click "Save"." The button is not visible.

Click "Login as Site Admin", and choose "forgot your password" again. The new link should log you in, and the
Launch Admin Console will show up.

If that doesn't work, we'll need your club number to do any further troubleshooting
