Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Cannot Login as System Admin

I cannot login as a System Admin to my FTH site - with any browser. Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Wheel spins and spins and I get a connect error. I am definitely using the correct login and password. Any suggestions?

3842479.toastmastersclubs.org/ works for me I was able to log in as the site admin.
You are not registered as the site admin, the admin email is not the same as the one used in this forum.

If you do have the correct login and password for the site admin try logging in through the directions page. remember site admin is not your member log in.

Yup Brian - I am well aware that the admin login (club #) and password are different. I am using exactly the same password used before and by a current admin who has successfully logged in.

I get a data transfer error after the icon spins for a minute or two.
