Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Invoice for those who do not use email

Good day,

Is there a feature in Freetoasthost to generate a paper invoice for those who do not use email? One member, S. Harvey, does not use email. Any suggestions on how I can get our invoice to her or will I need to create another invoice in a word processing document then print it to give to her at the next meeting?

We also have a member that does not use email. I have temporarily assigned one of my email addresses to their profile, sent the email and then print that out to hand or mail to the member. After the dues are paid, I then remove that email and reassign the "no email" address.
