Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Opt-in link not working???

I am the webmaster for Toastmasters SoDak 224 in Sioux Falls, SD. We have a new member. I have sent him the opt-in link 3 separate times. He has clicked on it 3 separate times. But the system still not added him as a member. He remains crossed out. I do not know how to correct this. His name is Dominic Nebbelink. If you can doo something from your end, go ahead. We cannot get him into the membership system.

When he clicks on the link what happens?
Any errors?
Any messages in his browser window?

I do not know. We have or meeting tomorrow morning at 6:30 AM. Dominic will be there. So I will try to walk through with him to see what happens. He claims he clicks on the link. But I do not know what happens after that. If I don't have this resolved by tomorrow morning, I'll get back to you with more info.
