Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Agenda Template Settings Help

When setting up a role for an agenda, the sign-up option appears even though the box is NOT checked beside "This is a role for which members can sign up". For example, I want to show a BREAK on the agenda but there is no reason to have an option to sign up yet there is a sign-up option after saving. This is happening with other roles as well.

Only those with update access see the box for roles not for member

Please provide a date of agenda where you see this and how where you logged in at the time.

You are going to need to give us more information. We always need your club number and in this case, a meeting date or something we can look at on your website.
