Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I was successful in making this happen for Club # 7555878, however, try as I might I have been unable to make it happen for Clubs # 9751, 1500997, 896574, 1596475 and 4093430. I can't imagine I am that dumb. Please help!

Clear your browser cache and click reload at the bottom of each site before trying again.
Did you set the meeting venue in the Admin Console Agenda Settings?

Al, can you please walk us through the specific steps you are doing and what you expect to happen vs what actually happened? Also, if you can post some screen captures of what you are seeing that does not make sense, that may help us, also.

That will help us figure out if it is something you are doing incorrectly so that we can further advise you.

First I went to a current agenda under Meeting Agendas under the Members Only Tab. Clicked on the edit button, then to Agenda Setup, Clicked on the Plus button on the Meeting Venue place. Window opens and I type in the Venue Name/Location, then click on Save Venue. Nothing happens. What am I missing?
