Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Multiple Emails Sent Out When Emailing Agenda

We are having an issue where (sometimes) when the agenda is emailed, the recipients receive multiple emails (of the same email). It is not uncommon for our inboxes to be filled with the same email up to 10 times within a few minutes. Has anyone run in to something like that?

My club is 1449617 - Express Delivery Toastmasters.

Check to see who you have it sending to in the admin area

I need to know what specific settings (recipients, replies, and options) you are using when you email the agenda. I need to be able to reproduce the issue you are reporting.
