Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I've got a real mystery on my hands. Both of the clubs (Quest 4643 and Valencia 1670) in which I set PayPal up in are not receiving payment notifications even though they are going to treasurer@. Paypal has verified that the emails are going out. Both treasurers can receive emails to treasurer@. They've checked their spam folders and there are no PayPal emails there. Occam's Razor suggests the simplest solution would be the freetoasthost server handling of emails from PayPal, but there's always the sock stealing gremlin...

Could there be a reason PayPal emails wouldn't be forwarded?

Paypal is commonly blacklisted by clubs and your clubs are using the crowd-sourced blacklists, but you have not entered any exceptions for Paypal. I suggest putting @paypal.com in the exceptions box.
