Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Files not downloading properly

Am creating a website for a club. Have added files like club schedule to the public section. However when checking the links before publicising the website, I find the links will download but not open properly....it gives a message "AJAX LOADING SPINNER"

the file path is as follows:

Initially using IE Explorer, but when using Firefox I get an invalid format message for an excel file

Your FireFox is trying to open the file not download. it is configured incorrectly.

Which version of IE most versions are nolonger supported.

The file path is incorrect. It is an xlsx file, not xls ... details matter. Perhaps I should create an error message for this scenario, but the incorrect file name in your posted link is likely the cause of your issue.
