Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Pathways Project / Time option missing

We're attempting to enter a project/time option for a member in our agenda, but the specific option is not there.

In the Effective Coaching path, Level 3, there is a mandatory project called "Reaching Consensus". There are two options for that project. Option 1 has a time of 23 minutes while option to is just 7 minutes. The evaluation form has both options, but the selection for agenda has just the first option.

Times on the Agenda are manual. Put what ever time is required for the role.
The time listed on the pull down is what we were told, if other time is required change it on the role.

But time on the agenda is not the issue here. This project has two completely different options with different requirements, but only the first option is available for selection in FTH.
