Problem logging in as site administrator - ongoing access issues

Hello developers. We're having no end of trouble trying to regain our site administrative password. One of our officers must have reset it at some point, but we don't know which one. I am past VPPR, and our new VPPR, Avinika Shankla needs access to log in as site admin to post new content and edit existing pages and information. We need your help! How can we reset our administrative password to the one that we all used before? Avinika has tried over and over and encountered numerous problems with registering for a support account. She also at one point was able to log in and a message responded that SHE was now the site administrator, but when she tried to log back in, she received message saying the password was incorrect - even after she had reset it. Without this access, we are unable to keep our Classy Toasters website up to date for our members and folks interested in joining our Toastmasters Club. Our club number is 1027656. Help!!! Thank you

Have Avinika use the last password link on the site admin Login window. make sure she checks her spam box.
