Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

We received the following message
Emails sent to the primary email address [ rjwdowsett66@gmail.com ] for Member Richard Dowsett have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces. it also applies to members John Constant and Joel Pateman.
In reading other similar posts there have been requests to reset the bounce count Is that the simple fix ARe there ways to prevent this from happening in the future. this is an new occurrence for us but I see other posts where this is an issue.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [rjwdowsett66@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.
The Bounce Count for Email Address [joel_pateman61@hotmail.com] has been reset to zero.
The Bounce Count for Email Address [john.constant@outlook.com] has been reset to zero.
