Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Help needed: I accidentally added Prospects to Members page!

In the Membership Management section, I accidentally added around 30 prospects to the Member page! I'm unable to move them out of the Member section until they opt-in. I don't want to delete and start all over again, because it took me around 45 min just to add them all in. How do I move them before they opt-in?

You don't.

You have 2 choices wait for them to accept or delete and re-add.

Thanks, Brian. Do you know if this has already been added to the Suggested Improvements thread? I tried searching the topic before I posted the original question in the main search box, but it didn't bring up anything related.

When you add a person to a list an email is sent out to that person, they expect to be added to that list.

We cannot be expect to cover every error one of 300,00 members can create.
