Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Our president is unable to log in. He's tried to reset his password, but he gets this message:
There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (rr0pDIHgvFxptxGWH5HViiz3C) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was used when clicked.

Club number is: 1097297

Have him clear the cookies for 1097297.toastmastersclubs.org and request his password again.

We have been having some relatively recent issues w/ password resets--a comprehensive solution has been a bit elusive. If you are still having problems with this and would be willing to contribute an hour or two of your time to work with me to sort this out, then drop me a PM.
