Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Multiple FreeToastHost Logins

Hi Steve,

I’m in dire need of your assistance since I belong and I’m an officer of the three clubs listed below and when I log into any of these clubs – my password is always having to be reset. Is there a way for me to have a universal password for all these sites? My club numbers are below.

I am using Windows 10 on a PC; browser is Chrome.

You can set the password to be the same for all 3 sites
Note that your name is listed differently in each club:
Dawn Benson, ACB-ALB
Dawn Benson
Dawn Benson, ACB, ALB
These differences might upset your browser cache. You need to actually click on your name in the dropdown list. You might find it easier to use your email address if that is the same for all 3 clubs.
Be aware that in one of them you're actually listed as a former member, so you won't be able to log in to that club as a member.

I'm an actual member in all of these - I think the Peoplemovers - 1034 was listed with Vivian Ling Wong - who is a former member - but I am a member in good standing with all. That maybe the problem.

You're the admin for club #1034, so you should be able to correct your membership status.

Member login/password is different to admin login/password
