Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi,

Recently, two club officers' email address were being skipped for bouncing too many times.

These are:
1. Karan Dhingra - dhingra.karan93@gmail.com
2. Charles Barnard - casbarnard@gmail.com

Could you please look into this and allow these emails to go through?

Seems both were sent philshing emails from BPAY, have they posted their fth email in public?

The Bounce Count for Email Address [dhingra.karan93@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.

Thanks Brian, both users confirmed to have issues rectified.

If it happens again, I'll look into this in a lot more detail. This hasn't happened to us before and might be just once off.
