Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unable to login or change the password as Site Admin

When I try to log in as admin, I type my club number (964) and password, and I get the message "Club number or password is incorrect." Other officers are having the same issue.

I know the club number is correct, therefore the admin password isn't working.

I click the link marked "Did you forget your password?" and I get the message "A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file." I have tried several times, however, no such link ever arrives in my email in box or spam folder.

I need some help getting this problem resolved.

You aren't the admin, Jennifer (VPE) is. The message will go to her email address.

You are not the site admin, please contact the site admin to have the site password reset.
