Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Problem with agenda template item

On our Downtown Ottawa Toastmasters website, we have an agenda template "Downtown ottawa toastmasters regular meeting"

The 9th agenda item is "Evaluator Reads Objectives". We have *not* selected "this is a role for which members can sign up" but there is still a sign up slot for it in the generated agendas.

I tried deleting and recreating the item but that doesn't fix it. ?

The views are different if you have update access or not.
Log in as a regular member and you will not see the signup for those roles.

Hey Brian, thanks for the response.

I logged off as admin and logged back on as myself (I still have VP Ed privileges , so I don't know if that is still a "regular" member) and I still see the signup slot.

You are the admin create a test user and check it out.

Your image site just spins no image.

You have two of these: Evaluator Reads Objectives

Make one Evaluator #1 Reads Objectives

and the other

Evaluator #2 Reads Objectives

Otherwise the code thinks they are same instance of the same role.
