Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Updating designation

Hello, I hope someone can give me specific instructions of how to update my designation on my club's site.
Though it is currently showing as IP1, ACB, CL in fact I earned my ACS before the end of the traditional program. TI shows me as achieving ACS, but when I sign in to club 7883 Pfizer Pfree Speech, it's still showing as ACB.
I tried searching for updating designations here, and all I found was that I need to log in and update, but I do not see where to update earned achievements. Please advise, thank you.

It is just saved as part of your name in the system. We do not split the name into First, Last and designations.

Just access your member profile and update it after your name.
